The Harbinger GTN Alerts 2/9/15

Multiple arbitrage opportunities in the blue materials right now, but that’s a quick moving market segment when it appears.  Plenty of other interesting notes as well though…

Purple Grade 11 Materials:

  • Adaptive Circuitry: mediocre sellers market with current low offer of 28,000, which is about 5% below 10-day moving average, and quantity available is 35% above its 10-day moving average.
  • Autoimmune Regulator: despite supply glut of more than 2.5x average offered quantity, the low price is basically holding the middle of its recent range at 25,000 tonight.
  • Doonium: low offer of 18,950 is a price multiple of 6.0x unit cost to acquire and just above its 10-day moving average, but supply is 45% below its 10-day moving average so if buying picks up it could really turn into a strong sellers market in a hurry so it might be a good chance to list some Doonium at a price that fits that scenario if you want to aim high, but selling near current low offer still very good multiple.
  • Midlithe Crystal: low offer is 16,667, which is slightly below 10-day moving average, same story for supply.  Nothing interesting here.
  • Ottegan Silk: buy now if you can use it, current low offer is 57% below its 10-day moving average despite quantity offered falling 27% off its 10-day moving average at the same time.  You can buy it for less that 10% of the unit cost from running missions to get it.
  • Verpine Fiber: current low offer of 6,750 is off its 10-day moving average by 26%, maybe due to excessive undercutting with quantity offered up 97% above its 10-day moving average.  Hold out for lower supply and a return to prices above 10,000 if you have time on your side in this market.

Blue Grade 11 Materials:

  • Biocell Memory Core: no-win territory above vendor arbitrage price but less than 50% of unit cost from missions.
  • Havod: no-win territory above vendor arbitrage price but less than 50% of unit cost from missions.
  • Hemostatic Gel: ***ARBITRAGE*** current low offer well below vendor price, risk-free credits available here, buy anything below 165 credits for vendor arbitrage.
  • Hiridiu Crystal: ***ARBITRAGE*** current low offer well below vendor price, risk-free credits available here, buy anything below 165 credits for vendor arbitrage.
  • Trimantium: ***ARBITRAGE*** current low offer somewhat below vendor price, risk-free credits available here, buy anything below 250 credits for vendor arbitrage.
  • Veda Cloth: ***ARBITRAGE*** current low offer somewhat below vendor price, risk-free credits available here, buy anything below 250 credits for vendor arbitrage.

Green Grade 11 Materials:

  • Anodyne Extract: relatively attractive sellers market with current low offer of 707 up 16% compared to 10-day moving average and supply down 69% from its 10-day moving average.  Only attractive for mission unit cost above 600, but very profitable for node-gathered supply still below that level even.
  • Enigmatic Artifact Fragment: best selling opportunity in over a week at current low offer of 1,800 compared to 10-day moving average at 1,341 and supply that currently 77% below its 10-day moving average.  Great time to list because it has very stable prices on this server usually and this is above that range by a good margin.
  • Farium: fair sellers market with current low offer of 710 representing a 14% premium to its 10-day moving average, but supply is also up over 50% so the market might be a bit crowded.
  • Luminous Blue Crystal: current low offer at 79, not especially notable.
  • Luminous Green Crystal: current low offer at 80, not especially notable.
  • Luminous Red Crystal: current low offer at 79, not especially notable.
  • Metamorphic Cell Culture: terrible market for sellers, but if you could use a restock the current low offer of 86 is 20% of the unit cost of running missions, but node-gathering is always the cheapest obviously.  Supply is also down by nearly a third compared to its 10-day moving average, so might be a sign that there’s very little demand for the material with prices continuing to fall even as supply slacks.
  • Molytex: has been a strong sellers market for most of the past week, but tonight’s low offer of 1,490 still represents a 17% increase above its 10-day moving average with supply down by that same percentage.  The current low offer is nearly a 3x price multiple above the unit cost from running Scavenging missions, let alone Molytex gathered from Yavin 4 nodes.  This might even be worth a trip through the Massassi village just to list some Molytex with a x99 stack returning nearly 15,000 credits at current low offer.
  • Ruusan Crystal: another strong sellers market in a green material on The Harbinger tonight!  Low offer currently sitting at 1,390 which is 34% higher than its 10-day moving average with the quantity being offered for sale down 27% from its 10-day moving average as well.  Ruusan Crystal prices are extremely stable on the Harbinger, with a standard deviation over the past 10 days of just 187, that would make tonight’s low offer a 2s move in the sellers favor.

Other Notable Items:

  • MK-10 Kits: current low offer at 43,000 is slightly below the 10-day moving average, but not a bad price if you need some cash.  Supply is almost twice the recent average though, so waiting for some expiring units to fall off might be worth the patience.  On a relative basis to the next item though, the current low offer is already a much more appealing sale.
  • MK-10 Components: current low offer of 4,000 is 5% below The Harbinger’s 10-day moving average and a relatively unappealing price compared to optimized critical chance implied return for crafting the kits for sale.
  • Synth-net Implant Processor, Vanadium Flux, and Zoosha Solution: all three are pricing well above the vendor purchase price of 800 credits, I really hope there aren’t actually buyers at a 75% markup on an item that everyone can buy on the fleet or through the legacy perk, but maybe those buyers exist.

Thanks for reading, I truly appreciate all of the interest in this content.
